Pouches have a matte finish both sides providing a write-on surface when desired for signatures, notes, and scores with pencil or ballpoint pen. Also, matte adds contrast which enhances black and white photos, images and dark ink on light color paper while dramatically reducing glare. These laminates are 10 mil thick on each flap for major durability, strength, rigidity and protection. ALERT: Many pouch laminators on the market can seal a maximum of only 5 mil pouches, so PLEASE make sure your laminator is capable of sealing 10 mil pouches prior to ordering. If the results are cloudy, you can always run the sheet again at a higher temperature or slower speed, but you cannot fix heat blisters caused by running too hot. If you plan on trimming or punching sheets, wait 24 to 72 hours for adequate adhesive curing time and a professional cut edge. All laminating pouches are not the same.
